Our machine is used to produce various laminated glass with TPU/SGP/EVA/PDLC film as interlayer , as well as the special materials like marble paper ,silk fabric ,dried flowers and grasses, the processed products mainly apply to architectural decoration,green house,curtain wall,jewelry counter, partition glass wall,glass ceiling/railing ,bullet-proof glasses, etc.This model of laminated glass machine is mainly consisted of the five parts: PLC control system, Heating system, Vacuum system,Cooling System ,Automatic lifting platform.The PLC equipped with Siemens brand smart series,together with a remote controller ,easy to operate ,all the needed data can be set on the touchable screen,the programming system is self-developed by our own electrical engineer,which is highly matched with all the functions .
