Brief Intro 
Important parts of the laminated glass autoclave
1,The body 
It is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB150-2011 "Pressure Vessel" standard. The lid and the kettle body are pressed/rolled by Q345R steel plate. The lid flange and the body flange are made of 16Mn forging.
2. Quick opening system 
The switch door system of our autoclave is subjected to strict quick opening force and life calculation. Designed and manufactured to ensure maximum safety and longevity, the whole system consists of three major parts, a pair of toothed flanges, driving device and seal ring.
The way to open the door is: cross arm swing structure, hydraulic opening. 
3.Insulation system
 Insulation material: aluminium silicate + rock wool 
 Insulation layer package: stainless steel wire drawing board (SUS), 0.8mm
 Insulation thickness : 80mm-100mm  (custom-made)
4,Control system
 proprietary control software: control software with independent intellectual property rights, ensuring that temperature and pressure have an interlocking control function during temperature rise and pressure. And pressure are synchronized according to the set process curve.; and automatic temperature compensation and pressure compensation during constant temperature and constant pressure to ensure the stability of pressure and temperature. In order to ensure safe operation, the safety chain program is added.
