1.advanced heating design :
1)We adopt the stainless heating tube, heating up fast with longer useful lifetime. The radiation heating effect is much better. Our new heating method is specially designed for the dry laminating, the distribution of the heating like carpet, all positions of the glass are heated, the temperature difference inside the furnace do not exceed 3 degree, ensure the glass get uniform heat and improve the yield.
2)Our machine adopt patent heating system, the turbo blower will take the hot air to every corner of the furnace. The machine with special device which can be connected with the tray, the tray with silicone bags will form special wind tunnel, which ensures the hot air can be taken to every corner of the lamination chamber fast.
2.Advanced vacuum system
1).Vacuum pump
1.We adopt wind cooling vacuum pump Germany designworking stable and structure beautiful. It could continuously work for 24 hours.Vacuum rate reachupto-0.09--0.098Mpa.
2).It's equipped with vacuum buffer tank
even in case of interruption of electricity supply, the tank could ensure vacuum for silicone bag and make sure high product yield. It can keep the vacuum rate for 1 day which will gain time for you to find other electric supply
3).The vacuum pump have air filter and oil filter,it can separate the water/ air andwater/oil.The vacuum pump uses VG100 oil,normally you just need
to change it one monthvery easy for changethis make sure the stable working and longer useful life of the vacuum pump
3.Silica Gel Plate(Lamination Blanket)
1.Our silica gel plate which is imported from USAthe thickness is 3 mm,it could stand high
temperature to 180° C.Qualityguarantee period keeps 4 years in normal condition.Each layer silica gel can put glass around 36mm thickness it improves processing efficiency.Silicagel plate which produces in domestic factory features aging fastshort life,poor seal and low vacuumcan only be usedno more than half one year.
4.siemens PLC control-Touch Screen Panel
1)All program could be completed automatically Heating time and temperature could be adjusted
according to the glass thickness.Working status could be shown on touch screen.Besides, our machine as unique anti-lighting function.
2)Only our machine use silicone controlled rectifier .It could adjust voltage according to your ocal standard voltage. The heating room has been separated to two independent chambers by one flat cross wall---
upper and bottom chamber. Each chamber has its own control system, Therefore the two
chambers could independent work at the same time.
1. High efficiency and more flexible. Single workstation and double workstation could be changed easily.
If you get more laminated glass orders, two chambers can save the preparation time and it use the
afterheat to process next cycle, save energy.
If small order, you can use only one chamber, another one off work. This will save consumption of the
electricity.
2. You can use the two chambers for different kinds of lamination. Different parameters can be pre-set
on the two PLC systems. This will meet different order requirements very well. For example, you can
process tempered laminated glass in the upper room, and process PDLC laminated glass in the bottom
room. Almost like that you own two small machines.
