1, The Kettle Body
It is completely designed and manufactured in accordance with gb150-2011 "pressure vessel" standard, the kettle cover and cylinder are made by pressing/rolling Q345R steel plate, and the kettle cover flange and kettle body flange are forged by 16Mn.
2. Quick Opening System
The open and close system of autoclave of shandong fangding is through strict calculation of quick opening force and life.Designed and manufactured under the premise of ensuring maximum safety and life, the whole system consists of three major parts, namely a pair of toothed flange, drive device and sealing ring.

4. Kettle Bottom Support And Rail Systems (Floor Supports And Rails)
4.1 loading weight of track: 20000kg. If overload is required, the user shall specify separately.
4.2 track form: unequal Angle steel
4.3 load weight of tank bottom support: 6000kg, if the weight is increased, the user will specify separately.
4.4. Tank bottom support form: anti-skid pattern steel plate (4mm)
5. Control System
5.1 control system:
The touch screen and PLC are all made by Siemens of Germany. There is no paper recording and data storage function, which can check the temperature and pressure change in the kettle in real time.
5.2 proprietary control software:
The control software with independent intellectual property rights ensures that the temperature and pressure have interlocking control function in the process of temperature rise and pressure rise.
