                                          ZCKJ-2500B Mid-Grade Laminated Glass Production Line

Advantages of the whole line

1.All sections of the line adopt PLC centralized control system, frequency control and three HMI interface operations.

3.The film roller machine equipped with automatic film releasing and rolling up functions.
3 film rollers are laid in the same level, easy to operate, easy to replace plastic film.
4.the structure of the initial press section is reasonable, easy to operate.The whole machine runs smoothly and stable, and is controlled by central PLC system.The heating area is evenly distributed,and equipped with medium-wave infrared heating tube for heating. The temperature is measured and controlled in this area, and the maximum temperature is 250ºC(adjustable).
5.The glass autoclave is automatically controlled by PLC and operated by man-machine interface to achieve safety, reliability, high efficiency.
