Introduction To Main Equipment Of Production Line
Introduction of the whole line
1.All sections of the line adopt PLC centralized control system, frequency control and three HMI interface operations.

2.The special purpose segment is equipped with encoder and servo motor to ensure equipment stability and machining accuracy.

3.High efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, noise and other special controls shall be considered in the whole line design.

4.Combined segments, intelligent remote control, reducing the time for workers to go around, the film machine can automatically release the film, and return the film electrically. 3 rolls of film are laid out flat, easy to operate, quick and easy to replace film.

5.The whole machine runs stably and reliably, and is centrally controlled by the combining room. The pre-pressing machine has a reasonable structure and is easy to operate. The main drive adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and helical gear transmission. The heating distribution in the heating area is balanced, and the mid-wave infrared heating tube is used for heating, and the temperature is measured and controlled in different areas.

6.The glass autoclave is automatically controlled by PLC and operated by HMI interface to achieve safety, reliability, high efficiency and energy saving.
