1.Our machine heating system adopts 5 segments temperature control, Heating time & temperature & vacuum degree could be set according to the glass thickness and type. Working status could be shown on touch screen. Which can make sure the vacuum degree could be in proper condition during in high temp stage heating, by this way ,it makes the laminated glass with clean edges, reduce the overflow glue to ensure high productiion yield.

2. Except the basic temperature settinig, vacuum degree setting, the control system also includes the memory function, fault detection system, Power-off and vacuum-holding function, Vacuum pump maintenance reminder function, anti-lighting function.
