Product Description

EVA film introduction  

We imported 100% raw material and important additives from abroad famous  chemical company.
Because of more than 15 years experience in laminating glass market ,we have mature recipe  and our product has good performance and gain high prasie.
 


EVA film Application 

EVA film is mainly used for curtain wall, skylight, interior decoration, shower room, hotel kitchen & bath decoration, indoor partition, solar PV panel, PDLC/LED laminated glass, coffee table etc.


The colorful EVA film features stable performance. The color are evenly flow between the glasses, finished laminated glass are very beautiful.



Advantage 

1. Outdoor EVA film features high transparency, strong tensile strength and good anti-aging ability.
2. Produced by vacuum laminated equipment, the laminated glass is easy for cleaning with little excessive glue.
3. The tensile strength of Fangding outdoor EVA film is much higher than the ordinary one.
4. Easy for processing.It can be processed by Fangding one-step laminating machine or autoclave.

Packing 

We usually use waterproof packaging or vacuum packaging.We could also pack them in wooden cases if the customer needs.



Storage  and transportation

Storage: Products should be stored in clean warehouse. Avoid sunlight to irradiate products directly. It should be stored at temperature of 20ºC-10ºC, humidity is 20%-40% if package was opened.

Transportation: No strong sunlight, rain and shake-out while in transportation. The maximal height should not more than 3 floors.
