1)We adopt 2 sets wind-cooling vacuum pumps,Germany design
Fangding customized brand.
It could continuously work for 24 hours. It's equipped with vacuum buffer tank,
in case of suddenly power off,the buffer tank can ensure the vacuum keep doing job in the silicone bags.
Also our vacuum rate reaches -98MPA, ensures vacuum quick and good.
2)The raw material of our silicone bags imported from USA, thick 3 mm, using the highest level of
super high tear-resistant material in the industry. It has higher temperature resistance, higher strength and endurance, and the service life will be 2-3 times that of ordinary silicone bags. Max thickness in the silicone bags is advised 36mm to ensure the silicone bags can used for 4 years, some customers do very thick ones and do bending laminating , its also OK .
3)The glass laminating machine has self-adjustment on vacuum rate. This ensures the pressure in the silicone bags always right , so the laminating glass very clear with clean edges.
4)Our glass laminating furnace has two independent heating room and vacuumcontrol systmes. So it like you have two small laminating machines, each heating roomis totally independent. If you have small orders or just want to make some samples,you can use only oneroom, Very energy saving. If you have some different glass orders, you can do the different orders at same time. For example :you can use room A to do switchable laminating glass, roomBtodotemperlaminating glass. Smart choice. If you have big orders, you can use room A to do heating job, room B to do combinejob, When room A heating is OK, then room B begin heating, room A to do combine job... So there wont be any production time waste, can enlarge the production
5)PLC Control - Touch Screen Panel all program could be completed automatically. Heating time and temperature couldbeadjustedaccording to the glass thickness. Working status could be shown on touch screen. Only our machine use silicon controlled rectifier in China. It could adjust voltageaccordingtoyour local standard voltage. This keeps the machine more stable performance, longer servicelife, and save your electricity much. The SCR can efficiently protect the machinefromstoppagebecause of over heat. The vacuum rate can be adjusted on the touch screen, you can control it in right lever, sonoover or less pressure in the silicone bags, you can control your product in goodprocessing,nofailure to cause loss. There is reminder for vacuum , if there is leakage in the silicone bags, the reminder will cometoshow in the touch screen, so you can adjust the production in time, no failure product.
