Safety interlock system
1. The autoclave opening and closing is equipped with mechanical and electrical interlocking devices. It is impossible to open the door if there is pressure in the vessel. Overtemperature and overpressure are automatic alarm, if overtemperature, it will be automatic cooling, if overpressure, it will be automatic pressure relief.
2. Tank body is equipped with alarm, it will be automatic alarm if overtemperature and overpressure.
3. There are two safety valves on autoclave body, one automatic pressure relief valve and another is manual auxiliary pressure relief valve. ensure the max safety of the autoclave operation. The safety valve is provided by the customer .
Fangding autoclave's standard working process include 6 steps, preheating and prepressing stage, Medium temperature and medium pressure stage, High temperature and high pressure stage, Warm keeping and pressure holding stage, Holding pressure and cooling stage(Graded cooling), Pressure relief stage. The whole process of temperature and pressure are based on PLC PID control system, The temperature and pressure can be monitored online in real time, Set up a fully automatic operation procedures, and a manual automatic switch shortcut button.
