We design and produce all line including glass autoclave by ourself. the laminating autoclave is safety.  
The automatic glass laminating line is composed by 11 machines:

1. All sections of the line adopt PLC centralized control system, frequency control, and three HMI interface operations.

2. The special purpose section is equipped with encoder and servo motor to ensure the stability of the equipment and the processing accuracy.

3. High efficiency, Fast speed, energy saving, environmental protection, noise and other special controls shall be considered in the whole line design.

4. Assembly Integrated intelligent remote control, simple operation, reduce the workers' circumambulation time, film machine can automatically release film and crimp waste film. 3 rolls of film horizontal layout, easy to operate and easy to replace the film.

5. The whole machine runs smoothly and stable, and is controlled by central PLC system.  the structure of the roller pressor is reasonable, easy to operate. The main drive adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and helical gear transmission.  The heating area is evenly distributed, and equipped with medium-wave infrared heating tube for heating. The temperature is measured and controlled in this area, and the maximum temperature is 250ºC(adjustable).

6. The glass autoclave is automatically controlled by PLC and operated by man-machine interface to achieve safety, reliability, high efficiency and energy saving.
