Product Description

Forced convection autoclave for PVB film
It is completely designed and manufactured in accordance with GB150-2011 "pressure vessel" standard, the gate and cylinder are made by pressing/rolling Q345R steel plate, and the gate flange and body flange are forged by 16Mn.



Forced cross convection glass autoclave is a sealed vessel with high pressure and double internal forced convection heating circulation system , in which temperature, pressure and vacuum are effectively controlled, PID control can achieve accurate control of temperature and pressure, so that temperature and pressure can change completely in accordance with the design curve;Suitable for all kinds of technology requirements of laminated glass .Especially for PVB or SGP interlayer film, and can ensure perfect product quality and yield.

1.Control system:

The control system is developed on the basis of the research of laminated glass manufacturing technology. It is composed of PLC core control part, touch screen operating system and network.The control of the whole system is based on our many years of practical experience to develop and design the PLC automatic program.
 PLC software can realize data exchange, data output, storage process parameters, call process parameters and other functional requirements, can save and read the process parameters more than 30 sets .
automatic operation control and monitoring of working state manual control interface allows customers to control temperature, pressure, vacuum, valve and other components manually.Parameter editing is in excel version, according to the required process setting and invocation parameters real-time trend analysis monitoring and display component fault alarm information simulation of graphical operation process, so that the working state is clear at a GLA.
2.Force convection heating system


The heating system is composed of the main heating area, the auxiliary heating area.The heating elements are distributed in back of the body and air ducts on both sides, to ensure the uniformity of the temperature in the autoclave body during the heating process, and shorten the heating time to achieve energy saving.
 in the air duct, heating elements are evenly distributed, and the hot air circulates from back to front. In the process of moving forward, heat is lost due to the heating glass. This part of heating elements can make the circulating hot air replenish heat again, so as to realize uniform temperature in the whole heating process.
adopt nickel-chromium fin-type heating elements with high electric-thermal conversion rate and service life, with the electric-thermal conversion rate above 95% and service life of 15000 hours.
3.Cooling system

coolers are distributed in the both sides of the autoclave body (inside the air duct) to serve as auxiliary cooling. The overall galvanized seamless boiler tube + aluminum fins have high heat exchange efficiency, long service life and easy maintenance.This structure is used for super-long caldron, the cooling effect is very obvious.
4.Security interlocking system
the autoclave gate is opened and closed with mechanical and electrical interlock devices, which can realize the autoclave cannot be opened with pressure inside, automatic alarm  under overtemperature and overpressure  , automatic cooling under overtemperature and automatic relief pressure under overpressure .
