Product Description

The Operating Principle:
through high temperature and high vacuum to melt the interlayer film
(EVA/SGP/TPU) to make two/more pieces of glass stick together firmly, with high transparency without any bubbles.

Main Parts Details:
1.Heating tubes:
Heating by nichrome heating tubes, packed by stainless . 4 layers be divided into Area A and Area B. Each area has the same pieces. the heating tubes are evenly distributed on the top and bottom,more closely distributed near the door. There are several thermocouples.equipped with power regulators working independently.


2.Vacuum pump:
we adopt wind-cooling vacuum pump, self-developed patent product , working stable. It could continuously work for 24 hours. Vacuum rate reach up to -0.09 - -0.098Mpa. Equipped a buffer tank with each pump, to prevent the air go into the silicone bag when suddenly power off. And we also equipped water vapor separation device with air filter and oil filter, it can separate the water/ air and water/oil to longer the service life of the pump.

3.Silicon bags:
the thickness of the  silicon bag is 3 mm, it's a tear resistant material, and could stand high temperature to 180°C. Quality guarantee period keeps at least 4 years in normal condition. Each silicon bag can lay glass around 36cm thickness, it improves processing efficiency. Compared with the similar suppliers, their bags only can be used for 1.5 year ,because of the poor tear resistant material in it.

4.Automatic lifting platform:
The lifting function is hydro-pneumatic controlled, more durable. The width of the lifting table is 1.8m, the bearing force is higher, and it is stable and won't spring back.

5.PLC control system:
The PLC equipped with Siemens brand smart series,together with a remote controller ,easy to operate ,all the needed data can be set on the touchable screen,the programming system is self-developed by our own electrical engineer,which is highly matched with all the functions .
